83-year-old female with heart rate varying between 44 - 52 bpm. A Cardiac CT Angiography was performed for ruling-out coronary artery disease. SURECardio Prospective scan mode automatically selects the most appropriate parameters according to the patient's HR. 3D volume rendered and curved multiplanar reconstruction (cMPR) demonstrate coronary arteries with no evidence of atherosclerotic disease. AIDR 3D, Adaptive Iterative Dose Reduction allows dose reduction while improving diagnostic image quality.

54-year-old patient with abnormal ECG and chest pain. Cardiac CTA was performed with the patient in AFib (atrial fibrillation), heart rate varying between 67 and 120 bpm. 3D Volume Rendered and Multiplanar Reconstruction (MPR) demonstrate the main coronary arteries widely patent and free of plaque. The right coronary artery (RCA) is dominant. An accessory left atrial appendage is noted.
